HOUSE RULES

​

THESE RULES ARE MANDATORY COMPLIANCE FOR ALL PERSONS WHO ACCESS OUR FACILITIES.

 

  1. The opening hours of the facilities for vehicle and personal access are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Reception hours10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.and telephone attention10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

  2. The maximum departure time for thePLOTSIt is at 12:00 noon. Otherwise, a full day will be paid. Admission time for new customers maximum at 10:00 p.m. 

  3. The entry time for theBUNGALOWS AND MOBILE HOME es at 3:00 p.m. and the departure at 11:00 a.m. Otherwise, a full day will be paid.

  4. The maximum speed for vehicles inside the facilities is 10 km/h.

  5. The SILENCE schedule is from 00:00 to 8:00 hours, the circulation of vehicles is not allowed, nor the use of TV, music, etc. that may disturb other users. During the day the volume will be kept low so as not to disturb other users.

  6. It is recommended not to leave valuables in the tents or caravans.

  7. Vehicles and belongings must only occupy the assigned plot, and the occupation of attached plots is not allowed even if they are empty.

  8. Dogs are allowed and must be on a leash at all times.It is not allowed to leave animals alone. The needs will be carried out outside the enclosure, collecting the droppings by the owners. Animals are requested not to disturb other users in any way. The management reserves the right to expel users who do not comply with these rules.

  9. The water fountains in the camping area will only be used to collect water, and it is not allowed to leave the taps open, or to scrub or wash.

  10. The garbage will be collected in bags that will be deposited in the containers destined for this purpose.

  11. It is not allowed to make fire in the camping area.

  12. The visits will be communicated at reception and the corresponding fee will be paid.

  13. We ask all users to keep the facilities clean, not making unnecessary use of them. LEAVE IT AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO FIND IT.

  14. Upon arrival you will be assigned a plot, not being allowed to change the plot without the permission of the management.

  15. Please notify management of any irregularities as soon as possible.

  16. Children are not allowed to play inside the bathrooms. There are specific areas for games.
